Can i create a sign-up form on my website?

Yes, you can create unlimited sign-up forms and link them to your lists.

What happens to unsubscribed users?

Subscribers who click on the-opt out link at the bottom of a newsletter will be opted out system-wide and the only way to get the user active again is to send them a link to the signup form.

What is a “bounce”?

Bounces occur because the recipient’s mailbox is full, the mail server is temporarily unavailable, or the recipient no longer has an email account at that address.

What happens to bounces?

Bounces and errors are moved to a sub group called “error”. In this group you can view, edit or delete the errors.

Can I set the reply address?

Yes, if you wish to change the “From” email name and email address you can change it before sending out a newsletter.
